Each team will be allocated a 40’x40’ space and one (1) 110 volt 20-amp plug and on (1) 30-amp plug. Cooking facilities and trailers/motor homes will be allowed inside contest area (see rules). No vehicle will be allowed to enter
the contest area after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2023.
All vehicles must be off grounds before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2023.ALL COOK TEAMS MUST REGISTAR A CREDIT CARD WITH THE RODEO OFFICE PRIOR TO START OF COOK-OFF.

The BBQ Committee must approve all entries received after `July 28, 2023. NO REFUNDS
Entry fee is $450.00 per regular space and $975.00 per midway space

Deposits are due by June 16, 2023. If only paying deposit, then the remaining balance is due to the rodeo office either by credit card, check or cash before August 11, 2023.
After June 23, 2023 any space that do not have a deposit can be released to new cook teams on a first come-first serve basis. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
