Please complete one form per animal. Form must be completed entirely to be considered. Buyer is responsible for processing fees for hogs, lambs and goats. Exhibitor is responsible for processing & delivering rabbits and poultry.

This is a purchase of poultry or rabbit and the exhibitor is responsible for processing and delivery.
The animal(s) will be picked up live by the buyer. Hogs to be picked up on the final Saturday of Rodeo between 7:30 am and 9:00 am. Lambs and goats to be picked up on the Sunday following the final Saturday of Rodeo between 7:30 am - 9:00 am.
The animal(s) will be donated back to the exhibitor.
The animal(s) will be donated to the student's FFA.
