I understand that I must purchase a steer, Lamb, Goat or Hog for my Calf Scramble project.

I understand that PLSR will pay the breeder up to $1,750 once all paperwork has been signed and returned to Pasadena Rodeo.

I understand that any purchase amount over $1,750 will be paid by me to the breeder if my animal costs more than the purchase certificate amount.

I understand that there will be ongoing costs with this project including, but not limited to feed, equipment, potential vet bills, and travel to the show that I am responsible for.

I will notify the Rodeo Office of any changes to my address, e-mail, or phone numbers within 24 hours of the change.

I will notify the Rodeo Office of any issues or problems with my project.

I understand that I may not sell or transfer ownership of my project without the consent of Pasadena Livestock Show & Rodeo.

I understand that if I don’t fulfill all requirements, the monies awarded will be withheld or I may be required to repay the Pasadena Livestock Show & Rodeo for the value of my purchase certificate ($1,750).

I understand that purchasing an animal is a major commitment and fully understand the responsibility I am assuming in:

a. Feeding the project at least twice a day

b. Leading and grooming the project daily

c. Abiding by the rules set forth by the Calf Scramble program and the exhibitor rules.

d. Submitting reports monthly

e. Writing a thank you and keeping my donor informed about my project during the entire program

f. Submitting my management report on time
