Pasadena Livestock Show & Rodeo does have a clear bag policy.
To expedite entry and enhance security, only the following bags are permitted:
Approved Bags
Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12"
Clear purses
Clear backpacks
Clear crossbody bags
Clear one-gallon freezer bags
Non-transparent small clutches no larger than 5.5" x 8.5"
Diaper bags are permitted when accompanied by a small child; however, all diaper bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
Prohibited Bags
Non-clear purses
Non-clear backpacks
Large tote bags
Camera, binocular, and other equipment cases
Duffel bags and other oversized bags
